I have over 15 years of experience working in program management and people. Currently, I work as the Deputy Director at OPC in Rochester Hills with my CPRP, where I lead a team of staff, contract instructors, and volunteers! I'm deeply passionate about creating fun and safe programs and events for others while also helping the team achieve their career goals. I thrive on organizing information and processes so we can manage all of the details while also keeping the bigger picture in focus.Leading up to OPC I was the Recreation Coordinator with the City of Auburn Hills creating programs, classes, and events, managing a team of fluctuating size throughout the year, and helping maintain the community center building. Previously, I worked at ART of Leadership Foundation as Executive Director, executing a seven year executive level leadership development program through mentoring with urban teens across the state of Michigan.If you catch me outside of work, I'm constantly learning and helping others like my volunteering with the Auburn Hills Noon Optimist Club, or managing my daughters club soccer team.
