Managed annual production budget of 2.1 million dollars.• Created a sponsorship department, developed marketing strategies to attract potential sponsors, initiated first sales plan for sponsorships, involved in creative development of Concerts on the Gulf marketing plan. Worked with team to create budgets for the concert series that would lend to viable revenue stream for Moody Gardens.• Finished 2008 ahead of sales plan, 2009 successfully fulfilled sponsor agreements, created two aggressive regional promotions with retail corporate partners that positioned the concert series, and all corporate partners involved in a landmark program for Galveston County.
