I worked for a lighting and graphic company and my account was 7-11. LSI provides the lighting and graphics for most of the gas stations. For the 7-11 account I assisted the customers in placing orders, getting drawings from the customers and figuring out how much signage and lighting that they need for their stores. I handled getting the graphic specs over to our graphic center and making sure that the store images were done correctly to the customers satisfaction. Followed up by making sure that the orders were fulfilled and shipped out in a timely manner. I handled inventory reports as well. I handled all customer conflicts to resolution. I did order entry, fileing inventory updates weekly, back orders. Basically I worked hard to make sure that the process was as smooth as can be and that when I put the phone down I knew I did everything in my power to make my customers satisfied.
