I enjoy working at Lakelands Academy in a new position as Attendance and Welfare Manager, supporting my young people and their families. Ensuring attendance data captured is accurate, analysed and explained in reports. Researching new and exciting programs to further support our young people and improve their outcomes. Ensuring that my young people's needs are being met educational which requires collaborative working with many professionals. I work with talented and experienced colleagues who share a similar vision to myself. I really enjoy supporting my young people and seeing them achieve their goals. The variety within my role keeps me focused and fresh as I really enjoy the challenge and applying my solution focused techniques to support my young people in believing in themselves, so they can achieve their dreams.
