I am a third-year First Generation Honors student at DePaul University, pursuing a degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources, complemented by a minor in Chinese Language. My academic endeavors have been strengthened by active participation in DePaul's Women in Business, the Chinese Studies Association, DePaul SHRM, and Chicago SHRM. I am a Resident Advisor and Desk Receptionist within the Department of Housing and Residence Life. I am also an Affinity Honors Mentor for incoming First Generation students and I am on the DePaul Women in Business (DeWiB) Executive Board serving as the DEI Chair.With a clear vision of my career trajectory, my goal is to become an accomplished HR Professional. I am deeply committed to championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in my future professional pursuits, leveraging my knowledge and skills to promote an inclusive and diverse workplace that will lead to greater innovation and success. I am eager to gain practical experience and expand my knowledge in the field.
