• Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) with the Global Integrated Workforce Strategies (IWS) Organization, located across North America onsite and virtually.  Member of the IWS Recruiting Leadership team reporting into the VP of Recruiting for the Americas. Participate in weekly strategic discussions to escalate our teams into a world class recruiting organization. Train TAPs on recruitment strategies and collaborative initiatives with key stakeholders, screening techniques and sourcing (utilizing LinkedIn, Phenom, Workday and Seekout). Involved in the P&C (People & Culture) transformation, aligning TAPs to new teams and creating business networks.  Spending a portion of time within the People & Organizational Growth team, facilitating a Developing My Roche Career workshop, and a Workday Profile, Opportunity Marketplace and Gig (temporary assignment to learn a new part of the business) workshop. Member of the Roche Career Center, volunteering to provide 1:1 coaching for individuals scheduling time to grow their career at Roche. Implementation Manager for Americas for the External Workforce Framework. This was a Global assignment working with EMEA and APAC. Partnered with IT and Procurement to design and deploy the new External Workforce Framework for the Americas. Participate in RFP initiatives.  Co-led a “Room for Growth” initiative, collaborating with Procurement to find misclassification within the North America external workforce.  Responsible for Executive Recruitment for the Roche Molecular Solutions organization.
