• Processing internal requests which includes contacting suppliers, checking for budget approval, processing the offer, creating a Purchase order and then ordering the items requested• Processing and tracking all pending invoices: Checking if terms of the signed contract are valid (Prices, payment date, milestone)• Preparing bids: contacting different suppliers, comparing specs and prices, preparing comparative tables for the management and subsequently placing the order with the more appropriate vendor• Participating in the yearly budget exercise: checking internally with the IT teams on the status of the previous projects and the new projects for the upcoming year (Opex and Capex)• Preparing reports on Excel using Pivot on a weekly basis( for Budget overview and payments)• Monitoring the cost of the goods and negotiating with vendors using cost reduction strategies to lower our spending• Monitoring the cash flow to ensure timely payments• Checking recorded incidents, replacing damaged items such as a vandalized ATM monitor and reporting the incident to the appropriate party in order to try to reimburse the cost from our insurance company• Day to day tasks such as internal reminders and follow ups with the vendors

• Preparing weekly purchase orders which includes contacting suppliers and obtaining informationregarding quantity, prices, currency, payment terms and delivery dates• Processing requests: ordering regular standard orders and requests requested by differentdepartments, looking for alternative brands for evaluation, negotiating prices and following up on allpending orders• Receiving and controlling invoices: in case of discrepancies, an investigation occurs to determine thecause and appropriate actions are taken• Participating in the preparation for the annual bids and inventories• Preparing new contracts as well as renewing insurance policies and old contracts
