As office manager and Mental Health First Aider, i execute various accounting duties, including accounts payable, invoicing and processing deposits. I oversee an efficient office environment, including maintaining computer and telephone systems and directing internal communications. I maintain client databases, co-ordinate board meetings, supervise staff and oversee daily office operations as well as handle absences and holidays. I am also involved in the New starter inductions, Staff Leavers procedure, HS&E improvements, purchasing office supplies and maintain office supply inventory, coordinates all travel and accommodation arrangements, recruitmentand policies/code of conduct.I lead the companies staff wellbeing initiative with ongoing rollout and communication, work Health Hub, staff (employee and manager) training, expanding mental health first aid and support.
