Mandy's Fresh Fades started as a fun idea and has grown into something I am very proud of. During Covid, I learned how to cut the boys in my family's hair and decided to bring this talent to college with me. With the willingness of my brother's friends, I started giving weekly haircuts at the Theta Xi fraternity house. Through advertising, word of mouth, and my love for meeting new people, Mandy's Fresh Fades has grown to have regular clients at thirteen fraternity houses on campus. I have competed in various entrepreneurship competitions with this business, and hope it continues to grow in the next two years.

As a Brand Ambassador for 1st Phorm, I strive to educate anyone about supplements and what it might take to reach their fitness goals. Nutritional education is important to understand the value and effects they could have on any individual. My goal is to help others and answer any fitness-directed questions.

As a Coco-linked Permanent Jewelry Rep for K-State, my job entails organizing and hosting pop-up events to promote our permanent jewelry line. I handle marketing and logistical tasks within my territory, ensuring our brand maintains visibility and resonates with our target audience.

As a Youth Development Intern for K-State Research and Extension, I taught educational programs and hosted numerous day camps for over 500 children. Through this experience, I formed partnerships with community groups and schools to organize 4-H summer camps, day camps, and youth events. I was able to utilize diverse communication channels including social media, email, newspapers, and newsletters to market my programs. Each week, I engaged in continuous professional development through in-person training sessions and frequent Zoom meetings. In addition, I managed program evaluations, collected feedback, and generated reports to assess program effectiveness.
