Mandy Smoot joined South Park Inn in August of 2023. As the Director of Operations, she brings a clear sense of organization and skill to South Park Inn. From a very young age, Mandy learned the importance of good customer service, listening to people, and understanding their needs to create a positive experience tailored to them. This skill set has allowed her to come alongside the staff at SPI and ensure that the staff and guests receive the best care and experience possible while with the organization. She is driven by helping others achieve their goals individually and as a team. She provides a strong sense of unity to the staff at South Park Inn and is passionate about lifting others up, and encouraging them to be the best version of themselves. From 2021-2023, Mandy Smoot was a real estate assistant, working with over 20 million dollars in volume this year in residential real estate. Managing upwards of 18 ongoing transactions at a time, navigating inspections, deadlines, client circumstances, lenders as well as escrow and title companies. She is highly organized and goal-oriented; self-motivated and able to problem solve; an excellent communicator and outgoing. A lover of animals, she enjoys spending as much time in or around the ocean as possible and is passionate about marine conservation.Prior to a career in real estate she worked in banking for 3 years with PNC as a personal banker and loan representative. She has over 14 years of client facing experience in a variety of fields including hospitality and photography. She easily connects with anyone she meets. Her primary goal is to provide her clients with an unprecedented experience by determining their needs and providing them with all the information they may need through the process.
