Create Flagship level main aisle distortions for Holiday, Macy’s Flower Show, and vendor launches. Design powerful thematic room environments for Macy’s NY Arcade shops, Holiday Lane, and Toyland. Train, coach, and develop Assistant Visual Managers and Visual Associates. Direct visual merchandising standards to all levels of management.

Drive visual and product highlights and merchandising presentations through directives, calendars, photographs, and floor plans. Execute shop designs and enhancements by material sourcing, purchasing props, managing a budget, field and fixture surveying, and presentation boards. Design and oversee installation of Flower Show, Holiday Lane and major national brand launches.
