Setup blood drives with Accounts of all kinds to bring in as much as possible for our local hospitals. I formed relationships with Accounts coordinators and keep the relationships viable the whole time. Work on systems such as Hemasphere/ Hemacollect/ Canva/ Power BI/ Microsoft Teams, etc. I schedule the bus and employees that would fit the amount of donors that possibly show! I work on marketing materials, media outlets, other non-profits to help promote Vitalant in my territory assigned.

I gain a trust and a bond with the clinics and Hospitals in hopes that they will send me their patients that need any home medical equipment that I can assist with. I schedule luncheons and attend functions in the surrounding communities to help put the name of A&A out there and what all we offer for pt' s in the home. I also see patients in their home and do setups of medical equipment as a Respiratory Therapist.
