• Supervision NPI proto build from kick off till mass production.• Accountable for major program deliverables – quality and delivery – in both NPI and mass production stage.• Organize with functional teams to work out the Mass production ramp-up plan, material readiness and recovery plan when necessary.• Judiciously prepare work list by hours and commanded work based on the hours. Engage relevant resources to work, prepare reports based on work completion to project team• Escalate issues to the server team to find a different method of patching and rescheduled to a new timing

- Deal the enquiries and offer with the clients from European, American market.- New project development and arrangement, follow up with client’s requirement and coordinate any issue with factory/client.- Communicate with client for RFI/RFQ spec and schedule. - Manage manufacturing, customer demand fulfillment and on-time-delivery- I manage and collaborate closely with R&D, product marketing, finance, manufacturing, logistics, sourcing, quality, services, and suppliers to ensure business targets are met and maximize revenue contribution through delivering perfect products.- Manage product quality and customer field feedback; solve customer complaints and field issues, maintain and improve product quality through design, manufacturing and supply chain.
