CAREERI worked for Barclays Bank PLC in Lending and Mortgaging, moving into Management Development in the 1980s. Finding a passion for developing others I worked with Poole Hospital as Training Manager in the 90s. This launched me into running a successful Management Development Company called Developing U which worked in the NHS/Mental Health sector but moved to public and private organisations in latter years.
