I manage all Troop finances and regularly report the financial status to Troop leadership. I monitor and compare actual revenue and expenses incurred against the organization's annual budget, anticipating upcoming financial needs or concerns. I perform account reconciliation with our banking institution and prepare monthly invoices for the organization's constituents. As a member of the Troop Committee, I serve as an advisor to the Troop.

Darden Magazine Editor / Staff Publications ManagerI managed the workload of a staff intern, numerous freelance writers and copy editors and served as staff liaison with an external graphic design firm and an external printing company to create a 4-color, quarterly magazine. I served as communications advocate for numerous departments and programs within the school, coordinated a company transition to a new logo and oversaw an office renovation.

Charlottesville, Virginia Area

I organized and executed 13 large-scale Capital Campaign events and planned and implemented 10 Strategic Planning Sessions held across the U.S. Each of these events was designed to connect the President with the University’s highest-level donors, donor prospects and key volunteers.

I planned and executed events that met development goals and decreased annual expenditures by writing proposals and recruiting event underwriters. I created, implemented and managed a Volunteer Program with over 400 individuals donating in excess of 4,000 hours of service annually. I served as liaison between the Board of Directors, staff, underwriters and volunteers.
