I am a skilled relationship builder, organizer and project manager that is passionate about serving others. Having 20+ years of experience that span the private, public and non-profit sectors, I have fine-tuned the ability to be resourceful in both small and large working environments. I am fully prepared and happy to “roll up my sleeves” to get the job done. My passion for serving others is a common thread traced through all of my life experiences.My goal is to use my talents to serve others, to promote or create an amazing product, and to build strong, long-term mutually beneficial relationships with both internal and external constituencies. I particularly enjoy team building, assembling key stakeholders, brainstorming unique approaches to obstacles, and managing the implementation of programs to affect change and creatively solve problems.I am highly proficient in budget creation and management as well as proposal writing and creating benefits packages to support corporate sponsorship. My strengths are in promoting teamwork and effectively communicating, both written and verbal. I am self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in collaboration with others.
