Responsible for leading, managing and developing the HR service for TT2, so that it meets the needs of the organisation, it's managers and employees, as well as ensuring effective and consistent application of employment policies, procedures and strategies as required. Also responsible for the processing of monthly payroll and all associated duties, management of the Administration team and providing a range of financial and admin support services throughout TT2 in accordance with TT2's procedures and financial regulations.
