 Plan & implement sales and promotion campaigns to drive the sales of private label (自家品牌) and sole agent (代理品牌) on sasa.com; Coordinate with various parties for ATL (weibo,facebook,Mo Gujie,etc) and BTL branding and marketing activities and schemes of various key brands (Suisse Programme, Methode Swiss, Banila Co, Elizabeth Arden, Nuxe,etc) ; Source/select suitable and trendy skincare/personal care products to develop/meet market demands; Prepare and work on the annual budget for private label and sole agents brands for sasa.com; Closely monitor the stock status to maintain suitable stock level for sales/promotions, while avoid too much provision. Perform counterpart comparisons for the product gap and price matching (Jumei.com, Tmall.taobao.com, Lefeng.com, www.miqi.com, etc); Monitor online-to-offline sales performance;

 Plan & implement the marketing programs (online/offline) to stimulate service usage and revenue; Communicate with internal and external parties for the implementation of marketing plans ; Attend and set up fair booth and promotional/PR activities (branding,marketing,etc); Develop and identify sales opportunity, fulfill customer requirements and maintain good relationships with corporate account; Conduct research and analysis on markets (East Asia countries, EU countries) and services; Work closely with promotional partners/advertising agency on marketing and brand building activities;
