I'm the latter.I view architect's drawings, work with trades on-site and collaborate on iterations to create feature interior design elements & dramatic features that require a broad understanding of construction development.People tell me that I am the glue that holds a project together through each phase, facilitating communication flow as well as jumping in quietly, under-the-radar, to course-correct and fill gaps when needed.Building trusting business relationships is my jam.
