As a Technical Services Coordinator, it is my mission to service the members of the Tech Services team here at Spacesaver. Providing administrative support and entering data into our ERP system. Currently I am learning and growing each day in my new role.

The main focus in my role is to provide exceptional assistance to team members, support the Human Resources function, and the Operations team. I perform daily tasks to support the HR and Operations teams with benefit reports, processing team member paperwork, creating effective communications for our workforce, participating in Safety and Quality meetings, as well as other administrative duties for these teams. I also strive to inject fun into the workplace while participating on our company's FUNSaver team by helping create and implement fun events for our entire team.

I have held several positions within Spacesaver. I have worked as a Paint Line Loader/Unloader, a Shipper/Loader, and also as a Finished Goods Packer. In my time with the company I've learned a lot about manufacturing, leadership, team building, and customer service. In my role as a Shipper I created Bills of Lading and other necessary paperwork for shipping, as well as arranging trucks for pick-ups. In my role as a Finished Goods Packer I make sure that the customer's order is packed correctly and with the correct pieces.

Being the Culture Crew Captain allows me to encourage our teammates and inspire them to take part in our new Culture at Spacesaver. Being active in developing our new Culture has allowed me to make improvements to our company. Providing ideas to improve our quarterly informational meetings and make our work life more fun have been some ways I've assisted in this process. I also strive to lead by example and encourage our teammates as much as possible.

Being an assistant manager gave me opportunities to demonstrate leadership and development of my team while providing excellent customer service. I did spend a year from November 2004 through December 2005 as a Store Manager. This job included tracking payroll and labor, inventory, and managing our sales. In my time as Store Manager we increased the percentage of sales over the previous year by 110%.
