I am a skincare therapist who is extremely passionate about the entire body, from the inside out. My large following of loyal clients have complete faith in my advice and knowledge, as they know I have incredible knowledge that is broad and in depth. Proper nutrition, supplementation and exercise is also vital to me to implement into a client's homecare. I was a competitive fitness and fitness bikini athlete for many years, which sparked my continuing passion for healthy eating, supplements (sports and otherwise) and exercise in a complete wellness regime. On request I train people to get into the shape they want and work out exercise programs for them. As part of my therapist training, I completed my personal training diploma through ETA.I have always been passionate about training and education. I left teaching to actively pursue therapy, but my love for teaching remains strong, as is my constant thirst for acquiring knowledge and keeping current and abreast of new trends in the market.When I'm not working, you can find me in the gym or spending time with my animals. I am passionate about animal rescue, and since I don't have the time to devote to volunteering myself, I donate to the organisations that do, and to the foster moms that take them in. One day I hope to have the time to foster myself.
