Her passion for the importance of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and emphasis in stretching provides encouragement, engagement, and a healthy lifestyle for her and the members. Currently Witt instructs Power Pump, Step, and Spin classes for the general membership. She holds certifications from AFAA, SPIN, BOSU, and CPR.
