Activities include: annual budgeting, weekly business simulation, management reporting, dashboard design and visualization.• A Strategic Planning Model for CxO Group – A primary consultant on a strategic planning module, assisting in evaluation, monitoring and reviewing long-term top-down strategies, and planning initiatives, which includes, creating an advanced dynamic cross SWOT module, Segmentation, SPAN, and FAN modules.• Sales Planning System for Electronic Components Industry – Developed a budgeting module that generates target sales planning of customers, products, and applications. The module also evaluates trading business amounts, which ensures greater reliability in forecasting, accountability and collaboration between Sales Management and Sales Reps.
