Lead and manage Capital Programs staff in the development of multiple highly complex, visible, politically sensitive, and controversial capital projects that meet SEA's long-term Aviation Division goals and priorities. The projects are developed with a focus on asset management, facility capacity, operational efficiency, passenger experience, and fiscal responsibility. Ensure the development, coordination, and sequencing of projects occurs within context of programmatic prioritization, affordability, operational impacts, and resource availability. Build stakeholder relationships across a range of business lines and regulatory agencies. Support Airport’s interest over the Capital Project process from project inception through development, design, and delivery.

Work with Airport Stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve operations, facilities or solve problems at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). Lead projects through initial planning, justification, and alternatives analysis to secure authorization and funding. Develop multi-discipline airport improvement programs by combining similar or related projects into larger bundles to aid in expediting approvals, delivery efficiency, resource utilization, and project management.Provide Sponsor leadership to Project Delivery Teams through design and implementation to ensure all requirements are met during project delivery.Key accomplishments include the successful delivery of developing a program that will modernize public facing areas, post security at SEA (Concourse Modernization Program). Development and execution of a new passenger screening checkpoint. Creation of a personal CIP portfolio of roughly $2B spanning security, dining and retail, capacity increases, infrastructure, IT and various passenger processing projects.
