- review vouchers and payment instructions for weekly payment- prepare weekly sales report and analysis schedules for month-end closing- coordinate with company secretary agents for all company secretarial issues for both HK & BVI companies- coordinate with auditors for annual audit

- verify staff trip expenses report and petty cash claim form- data input of stock purchase invoice and other AP invoice- payment processing- assist in month-end & year-end closing and prepare schedule- assist part of AR reconciliation

- handle full set of books, including overseeing daily operations- verify invoices and fund requisitions, prepare vouchers and ledger accounts- prepare bank payment and cheque payment to vendors & staffs- prepare bank, sales, stock, vendor statement reconciliation- prepare cashflow forecast, month end closing reports- monitor fixed assets registration

- maintain full set of accounts for Hong Kong office- prepare project accounts for China office- assist in preparing financial reports- coordinate with auditors on annual audit practices- supervise junior account staff- provide company secretarial support- support Business Department for clerical works
