"Because we've always done it that way"—these are words you'll never hear me say. I firmly believe if you're not evolving, you're not reaching your potential. My knack for creative problem-solving originally led me to the marketing field. I found working for a cause immensely fulfilling and was drawn to nonprofit employers. As I progressed in my career, however, daily life became more about managing people and timelines. I missed the thrill of thinking outside the box and creating something.This led me to software development. I love the process of starting with a seemingly unsolvable problem, breaking it into manageable pieces, and crafting a solution to that problem step-by-step.
