Mandy Calara is the owner and founder of Voodoo Rooftop Lounge & Hookah in South Beach. He has quickly created a top grossing lounge and nightclub on Ocean Drive, which has experienced significant year over year revenue increases since its inception. He founded the BEE & TEA concept, the first franchise company to modernize the bubble tea trend, and has taken the locally popular Falafill brand under his wing to develop into the next Mediterranean franchise chain.Mandy is a trained biochemist turned serial entrepreneur. Prior to Forever Brands, he led a vacation rentals brokerage, and pharmaceutical research firms.Mandy earned his Master's in Epidemiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1996, and currently lives in Miami Beach with his wife and two children.
