As a mobile consultant for Manpower working on a contract for one of the largest Finacial Institutes based in Edinburgh I am responsible for carrying out planned visits to client sites to establish additional needs,identify opportunities and introduce solutions, Ensure field staff are placed in suitable roles,giving inductions and briefing staff with relevant background information,managing over 400 field staff, ensuring they understand their employment status and benefits,and managing issues effectively. Carry out staff reviews and supporting staff to achieve targets,conducting Disciplinary and grievance hearings and ending assignments, researching changes in the world of work and ensuring clients are updated on changes that may affect them, collecting statistical data,presenting to clients and engaging different clients during meetings to ensure best practice is shared. I actively gain feedback from clients and candidates about our service and the impact of any changes, taking corrective action where necessary to update our procedures.
