Retouch all images produced by Nathan Ham and balance various tasks in a high volume studio. Able to pay close attention to detail in minor and large fixes including blemish and object removal, airbrushing, and COB (change/cut of background). Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, Lightroom as well as experience in client management software (Studio Plus, Pro Select). Responsible for all sizing and printing of ordered images. Design compositions for posters, wall prints, photo books and photo compilations. Create any and all advertising graphics for Facebook, print, and other media under the creative direction of Nathan Ham. Create and maintain posts on social media.

Build and maintain relationships with 500+ VIP guests. Generate approximately $500,000 on a monthly basis. Drive incremental visits from targeted customers and help develop and implement new promotions and events that apply to VIP clientele (point races, VIP tournaments).  Work as a team to achieve goals and year over year growth.
