Ten years as manager of the acquisitions department in a mortgage company prepared Mandy Daly for success as a real estate agent. She knows the ins and outs of mortgages and can easily assess which loan—conventional, FHA, VA—would be most beneficial for clients.With a youthful vibe and a mature demeanor, Mandy’s grounded energy brings people in. She knows how to listen and takes pride in getting to know her clients before looking for a dwelling. She inquires about the ages of children, the activities the family enjoys and whether or not they need a home office, a neighborhood filled with other children or a dwelling tucked away from neighbors. She wants to know if the family has to be close to a nature trail or live on a lake. She takes time to tune into her client’s vision of their perfect home. Friendly, thorough and caring, Mandy is also in love with design. She’s excited by the many unique features in the houses she sees, and she’s easily able to match architectural features and amenities with what her clients are looking for. If for some reason she’s not sure that a listing is the right fit, she’ll preview the home in person to make sure it will work before she takes a client to see it. Mandy went to high school with Boyd Rudy. After several years of staying home to raise her 3 daughters, she decided she needed to reenter the workforce.
