Mandy launched her first business at just 17 years old in Vietnam, after spotting a unique gap in the market. A combination of her hands-on & tenacious approach, a pursuit for growth and quirky creative ideas led to a 6-figure sale, after only 2 years. This experience fueled her passion for business & leadership; and so after completing her MBA in the US she has embarked upon a 10-year journey including experience in both client brand & marketing agency roles; developing her marketing, sales and people skills to result in the creation - alongside two co-partners - of D4E Media, which she currently operationally leads, as COO.
