I managed travel partners that contributed towards ancillary revenue. With many internal stakeholders, we established core travel needs of Virgin Australia guests then enabled travel products - car hire, transfers, hotels, travel insurance, that best supported those guests travel needs. Products needed to be technically compatible to integrate into the airlines website and booking systems.I managed the selection, acquisition and contract negotiation process of new travel partners. Engaging with many internal teams such as finance, legal, digital product and marketing, I enabled partners to feature on the Virgin Australia website. I managed the system functionality and user experience on both airline, and co-branded partner websites. Collaboratively we established an annual marketing campaign, executing revenue generating campaigns alongside the airlines marketing activity. I was responsible for designing and implementing the marketing campaigns and customer triggered communications to drive revenue. Reviewing revenue and conversion statistics I produced daily, weekly and monthly reporting against budget plus working with the finance team to forecast budgets.I was responsible for customer service issues and any technical or system outages. Focused on customer satisfaction was paramount therefore the partners we choose had to have the same customer philosophy.

Performed individual fitness assessments which included body composition analysis, goal setting, nutritional counselling and training plans. Delivered a variety of motivating and safe group fitness classes to groups of up to 50 members. Developed one on one customised fitness programs based on individual goals and fitness levels.
