Reviewing revenue and conversion statistics I produced daily, weekly and monthly reporting against budget plus working with the finance team to forecast budgets.I was responsible for customer service issues and any technical or system outages. Focused on customer satisfaction was paramount therefore the partners we choose had to have the same customer philosophy. -
