- Responsible for working with a team to identify employers in the local market to hire candidates within the appropriate skill set focus- Drive sales efforts with C-level executives to create job opportunities for candidates- P & L responsibility- Recruiting, hiring, and coaching Staffing Consultants

- Full cycle staffing: including selling Randstad’s staffing solution to clients, recruiting candidates and placing candidates in positions I obtained through my selling abilities.- Overseeing completion of all temporary employee’s applications, I-9 documentation, certifications, background checks, drug testing, education verification and employment references.- On boarding and mentoring multiple Staffing Consultants within the branch.
