About Mandy Mock

In a world where innovation and opportunity are fueled by real people, I thrive at the crossroads. I believe in the transformative power of technology to enhance lives and the magic of an inspired team to make that happen. I love digging into real customer challenges, understanding the opportunities to solve those challenges and working with a team to bring those solutions to life in products that are a joy to use. Creating an inspirational vision of the future and nurturing the structure for the team to execute within produces market changing results. 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐲My leadership is anchored in three foundational principles: customer obsession, inspiring strategies, and building great teams. I champion a culture where ownership, continuous growth, and encouraging diverse perspectives produce groundbreaking ideas, execution, results and fun! 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲I have always believed in creating my own opportunities, and my career is a testament to that. My technical foundation is in software development and software development tools. I co-developed Intel's Software Development Lifecycle, grounding my expertise in quality and product management. Tasked with transforming a 300+ shared services group from IT-based application development to a product-focused powerhouse, I laid the foundation for my executive career at Intel. This led to a pivotal role directed by the CIO to overhaul the Financial Systems Portfolio, recovering over a billion dollars in value. From there I helmed a 650+ person team, steering software and hardware product development portfolios through digitalal transformation, SaaS, AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, and other emerging technologies. Building a reputation as a turnaround architect, I have led various groups through economic challenges, digital transformations, and reductions in force, each time emerging stronger and more innovative. These experiences served as the foundation for my focus on people and great teams – together we really are stronger in the face of all challenges.𝐋𝐞𝐭'𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭Embracing a new professional chapter due to Intel's restructuring, I'm eager to leverage my expertise in product management and innovation at a mid-sized company. If your team could benefit from an experienced Product Management Executive or Chief Product Officer passionate about driving growth, product innovation and operational excellence, I'd love to discuss how we can collaborate. Please feel free to direct message me for a conversation.
