My responsibilities included: Researching fiduciary, probate and guardianship and conservatorship law,Reviewing and preparing case summaries for cases to be heard by the Court, Drafting orders for cases heard by the Court, as well as other orders and other court correspondence pertaining to probate of wills, administration of estates, oversight of fiduciaries, appointment of guardians and conservators, Reviewing applications for Georgia Weapons Carry Licenses in light of state and federal statutory prohibitors, andRecommending legal conclusions to the Court for its consideration.
