My responsibilities included:• Preparing annual company budgets including individual Event Budget management• Sourcing, negotiating & securing contracts with third parties including production teams, venues & sponsors• Working with event committees to put together content for events, including rubrics, judging panels, judging guidelines, session content, presenters, producers, hosts, speakers• Putting together ticket pricing structures, overseeing ticket sales• Building & maintaining working relationships with external suppliers• Management of event production team• Overseeing PR & marketing activities• Writing copy, co-ordinating design & content of events pages on website• Editing & uploading all event audio for use on website• Guest lists & table plans• Co-ordinating all banqueting/catering for events• Presenter/host briefings • Quarterly reports to the board of Trustees• Company Secretarial duties and management of office and staff incl annual reviews
