Client Solutions Specialist
CurrentKey Responsibilities:1. Product Configuration, Loading, and Testing:• Manage and maintain configuration, loading, and testing of products for sale across all client systems in EMEA, NA, and APAC2. Client Support Administration:• Triage and manage requests submitted via the client support portal.• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues and service-related challenges.3. Reporting and Data Analysis:• Build and verify client-specific reports.• Filter and analyze results to ensure accuracy and relevance.4. Communication and Collaboration:• Maintain effective communication with internal technical teams, external clients, and third-party partners.• Provide clear and concise daily progress and project status updates to clients and internal teams.5. Quality Assurance and Testing: • Conduct testing on new software releases.6. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:• Continuously review and refine internal and external processes and systems for efficiency.
