Darling Downs and West Moreton PHN is one of 31 Primary Health Networks across Australia funded by the Commonwealth Department of Health to improve primary health care (health care delivered outside of a hospital setting).Role Highlight:- Creating cultural and strategic transformation, resulting in a clearly documented health needs assessment with aligned commissioning activities which funded $50 million in strategies to improve health outcomes.

-Management of $15 million project for the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). -Large scale set up of a national telehealth centre to complete clinical assessments -Workforce & business planning to enable project deliverables -Implementation of L&D plan to ensure team operational -Leadership & coaching of clinical and multi-disciplinary teams -Development, up skilling and retention of employees Role Highlight:- Managed the project end to end (including all leadership, people, quality, financial and customer aspects) completing under budget and in under 12 month timeframe, with a circa 50% plus EBITDA outcome that was used to fund further training and employment pathways for those participating in DES and supported by the NDIS.

Responsible for the operational management, strategic leadership and innovative service delivery of customer-focused workplace health services across QLD and NSW. Executive responsible for the effcetive operation and service output of our National Health Referal Service Centre.-Led multisite, geographically spread offices along with a team of clinical and allied health professionals- Exceeded revenue targets and achieved 57% EBITDA consistently-Implementation of strategic and business plans including forecasting and workforce design to achieve budgets -Service outcomes exceeding expectations -Coached, mentored and developed employees and teams to achieve objectives-Created a professional and achievement focused workforce and culture, month on month to improve engagement and retention-Presentations and reporting for the Executive and Board relative to factors impacting shareholders -Delivery and management of all financials in line with budgeted margins per site -Provided visible, collaborative and effective leadership to inspire innovation and exceptional success.Role Highlight:- Highest performing region year on year with exceptional NPS, employee engagement, retention and service outcomes
