As the Account Director on the AT&T Account, I manage the day-to-day activities for the dedicated 5-person team. From a conceptual brainstorming session, I outline the detailed strategy and work closely with the dedicated team to see the project through to execution. Previously, I spent 5 years in the recruiting industry as an Operations Manager overseeing the end-to-end recruiting process of various clients including AT&T, Bank of America Merchant Services, Saks 5th Avenue, and Guitar Center. This experience gives me a holistic view of the recruiting life cycle, candidate behavior, and overall best practices in attracting candidates. As Operations Manager over the AT&T account, I was responsible for the overall recruiting efforts for several AT&T call centers as well as the Testing Assesment business in the Southeast and Southwest. My team successfully delivered under extreme spikes in volume and adapted quickly to new markets. I partnered with executive leadership and numerous layers of hiring managers to execute the successful delivery of end to end recruiting operations.I also oversaw the implementation of a Recruiter on Demand model for the Saks 5th Avenue account.
