Wollongong Nightlife runs a variety of clubs & pubs in Wollongong. In my role, I was solely responsible for all visual content for the company and the venues. This included print designs solutions such as outdoor signage, event posters & menus as well as online content for our websites, mail outs and social media pages.I also managed our photography team, ensuring we had the best photos from our events.As marketing coordinator, I worked alongside the venue managers and booking coordinator to plan events and promotions for a range of different occasions.Working as part of a small team, meant that we took on numerous tasks at one time, often with a short turn around. We needed to keep up to date with current trends and key calendar dates to ensure we were providing our patrons with the best entertainment experience.

Highgrove Bathrooms sell bathroom products for customers renovating or building. Working casually as a sales consultant, I provided customers with a friendly and helpful service, ensuring they selected the correct items for their home. I built up knowledge on not only the products sold, but how they work and how they are installed.

Mary Kay is a well known direct selling business specialising in make up and skincare products. As a consultant, I built up a strong skill set in customer service & sales. I helped my clients learn about current products and chose items that were best suited to them.Having a background in design allowed me to design my own flyers for personal promotions and events. I held pop up shops both online & offline and attended some community events to network and build up a customer database.As a lot of my clients were females aged 20-30, most promotion was through social media outlets such as Facebook & Instagram and some SnapChat demos.

The Shellharbour Club is one of the Illawarra's largest worker's clubs. I worked in numerous areas including bars, gaming and food services.Customer service was very important and I was able to build up a knowledge base on the operations side of running the club.

AAT Kings is part of the Travel Corporation offering a variety of holiday packages.I was contracted to help during a roll out of a new range of tours. My role was to ensure all documents were print ready. This included text editing, spell checking and making sure the layout was consistent with the company's branding. I also did some promotional flyer design work for an upcoming expo.

I was responsible for editing the photos taken by the photographers.My role included downloading the images from an FTP, editing, uploading back to the photographer and also preparing floor plans and other related documents for the vendors.I built up skills in customer service and also gained strong photo editing skills. Attention to detail was very important. I had to ensure there were no personal items on display and often had to remove objects from photos without effecting the actual image.
