Bounce Back Well! is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a mission to cultivate resilient girls and boys who can successfully bounce back from challenges and adversity in order to grow, thrive, and flourish. We provide after school programs that teach kids simple strategies to foster a resilient body, mind and spirit by focusing on six dimensions of wellness, how to deal with stress, and how to develop positive coping strategies in a fun, interactive and evidenced-based way.
