I provide leadership and administrative oversight for all public service departments in the WSU Libraries with a special focus on academic support and student success. This includes direct oversight of the operations of the Instruction and Research Services, Resource Delivery Services, and Library Technology Services Departments.

I direct the operations of the Instruction and Research Services Department at the University Libraries, including classes and workshops, instruction services, the patent and trademark resource center, and outreach. I coordinate new information literacy initiatives as well as assessment of student learning and evaluation of the overall effectiveness of instructional services for the department. I also provide library instruction and research support for the Political Science and Social Work departments
