Having set up a saves tracking process in Europe, I was able to successfully implement a global process working with individuals in North America and Asia, and also worked with teams in Latin America to focus on their saves. This process is now well established and although the regulatory reporting is now minimal, provides transparency and credibility on Market Data saves reporting on a global basis, with a monthly summary presented to Senior Management and global Business Heads.I was also responsible for a team of Business Analysts facing the non-trading floor businesses including Global Investment Banking, Equity Research, Operations & Technology, Global Transaction Services and Global Functions for Europe and Asia. The analysts deal with requests ranging from access to information products, to working on medium to long term projects to upgrade or displace services. Show less

Responsible for ensuring that policy and process for the procurement of services and equipment is adhered to and auditable, managing the budget, change management and payment processes for the tenant modifications, all M&E and IT equipment and the external consultants working on the data centre construction project.
