As the Consumer Support Manager of Primex Family of Companies with 18 direct reports my responsibilities included; oversee daily operations of all call center operations such as implementing new processes and procedures, staffing, scheduling, run and maintain all departmental daily reports , complete quarterly performance evaluations for continued growth, call quality assurance, quality testing of CRM and Ecommerce platforms, managed all platforms of support including email, phone, social, forum, and live chat, implement outsourcing and improve cross functional relationships with all divisions of the company such as marketing, shipping, human resources to ensure consistent communication.My greatest accomplishment is my customer centric attitude which should be at the center of every action my team performs. Without empathy and positivity a positive resolution is difficult to obtain. As a leader I am a believer in working with teams, communication, positivity, accountability, growth, and a can do attitude.
