Mandy, 24 this year. I’ve 9 years of experience in tourism and hospitality industry. i started at the age of 16 just as i graduated from my high school. Being in the tourism industry have since then taught me a lot. I’ve learn over the years on how to handle each guests complains and enquires also places in Sentosa as well as around Singapore. I’ve also picked up video and photo editing skills along the way as part of my passion in content creating. In my 9 years in tourism and hospitality industry, i’ve met countless mentors, managers and peers that have taught me how to overcome problems and situations and being able to share that to my juniors and even my siblings have been a great honour. These skills not only help me in my work but also in life and have help me overcome many problem and obstacles in life which makes me a better person. I’m still fairly new in the industry, which is why i’m always keen to learn more from my mentors, managers down the road to improve myself and be a better person and better mentors to my future juniors.
