Conduct market research to target consumers, gather category data, and analyse buying behaviours.Use project management systems to streamline workflows, optimise task allocation, and ensure effective communication among team members, resulting in timely project completion and successful client deliverables.Lead planning sessions with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand advertising material and promote a positive work culture to achieve common goals.Oversee Wordpress website design and development projects for client websites, collaborating with web developers, and enhancing user experience regularly. Edit and maintain Wordpress website CMS including adding new elements, panels, content, images, videos, headers, carousels and plugins.Plan, design, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade client websites, troubleshooting issues with web developers, enhancing user experience regularly, and developing strategies to increase subscriber base and web traffic metrics.Edit and create marketing collateral aligning with brand guide lines using the Adobe Creative Suite. Execute advertising marketing campaigns, including graphic design, campaign building, A/B testing, list building, and content writing.Conduct competitor surveys and analyse market data from various sources to effectively interpret current trends.Ensure all complaints are communicated to relevant staff, management, and external suppliers where applicable while maintaining adequate communication between necessary departments.Monitor the performance of new and existing team members and implement training needs as required.
