I led a 20-person marketing department responsible for a broad scope of B2B & B2C marketing activities and strategy, overseeing a multi-million dollar budget to drive the company’s growth strategy. Starting as an entry-level marketer, I was promoted 6 times to roles of increasing responsibility; ending as the head of the department. I partnered with senior leadership to grow Motion Recruitment Partners LLC’s (MRP) overall portfolio of brands from $50M to $750M.I also served as a Co-leader of Motion's internal Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board, driving awareness, education, and celebration of minority communities both internally and externally.

As Senior Manager of Field Marketing & Events, I hired, trained, developed, and managed the 25 person Field Marketing team across North America. I managed the field marketing strategy and initiatives, such as candidate acquisition, client lead generation, and local brand management. Our field marketing team ran over 120 high quality events a year, spanning across 11 regions across North America. Through my leadership, Tech in Motion grew to 60,000+ members. Tech in Motion also kicked off "The Timmy Awards" in 2015 to recognize our local community's Best Tech Employers. Through mentorship and training, I had the pleasure of promoting 7 team members during my tenure of this role.

As Lead Marketing Specialist, I served as a leader and mentor to the 19 Marketing Specialists nationwide. In my short time as Lead Marketing Specialist, I co-created a new nationwide training program for on-boarding new Marketing Specialists, as well as lead a monthly national call for Tech in Motion Events. I also conducted weekly calls to ensure the Marketing Specialists were fulfilling requirements and marketing objectives.I was also in charge of all local marketing strategies to help bring our company together with the greater New York City tech community. I managed our brand across multiple social media accounts, planned community events, coordinated charity events, implemented ways to increase recruiter engagement, and helped manage office activities.

I managed the talent, development, work performance, attendance, and conduct of 25 team members, utilizing my two Sales Floor and Electronics Team Leaders. I also managed the presentation, in-stock levels, pricing, and guest experience of nine departments in a sixty six million dollar store. I trained and developed my bottom performer Team Leader of Electronics to become a top performer, recognized by four Executive Team Leaders for the month of March.

I assisted in coordinating and organizing over fifty social and corporate events for companies such as Wells Fargo, City National Bank, and Sony Music with each budget estimated to be $30,000 or more. I also designed creative, elegant menus and place cards for all events, while simultaneously resolving any concerns about the events in a prompt manner.

I communicated and collaborated with seventy Tucson businesses to obtain prize donations for the annual silent auction, which earned over $100,000. I also created an Excel database to organize the twelve annual events held by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tucson.
