Originally trained in engineering, maintenance and emergency response, I bring this practical and measured response to my clients, which makes me stand out from the fluff. I also serve as an expert in residence at UNE SMART Region Incubator.The SMART Region Incubator supports over 60 startups and entrepreneurs in areas like agtech, health, environment and creative, focusing on innovation, collaboration, and commercialisation. My role involves contributing to the development of an entrepreneurial ecosystem that is both vibrant and globally recognised by delivering my high impact, bespoke, 12 month ‘Entrepreneurs Leverage Program’. The LEVERAGE Program is for founders and entrepreneurs who are focussed on growing their business. LEVERAGE helps to simplify strategy, create engaged teams, execute reliably, and increase cash flow. The program is experiential, not just theoretical. Participants learn through games, hotseats, group discussions, and 1:1 coaching. LEVERAGE is immersive and based on your business. Each meeting is a unique experience enhanced by the group that you are sharing it with.
