Created and maintained an elaborate and organized color calendaring system for one Senior Partner adding in time for opportunity, growth, and future client reach out so that he was able to maximize each day/week/month. Worked directly with the owners and C-suite team to set strategic goals for this large scale executive-level private singles club. Worked with management to update and build the sales, events, and customer service training program that focused on growing and maintaining client retention. Held weekly manager meetings to set monthly goals, worked with client happiness teams and traveled to all clubs to oversee the managers and staff while ensuring management were customer-focused and sales teams were hitting their numbers. Set challenging and achievable goals for my team which they consistently hit each month, created new ways to generate income, by building out our events program and developing our Elite VIP Client services.
