► Implemented the Life & Legacy Initiative in Buffalo, NY► Secured over $2M in legacy gifts in its first year surpassing a target of 180 Letters of Intent

I had the distinct privilege to build relationships and partner with over 55 congregations in the Chicago metropolitan area – a network that I grew and cultivated for 9 1/2 years. I enjoyed building solid and trusted relationships with our Jewish communal partners to help provide transformative informal Jewish educational experiences for Jewish youth in our extended community. In this capacity, I managed our Israel experience and residential summer camp scholarship programs and our four Israel experience savings and incentive programs. As I oversaw the administration of the Federation’s Academic Scholarships, I facilitated the distribution of financial assistance and other resources to help Jewish undergraduate and graduate students afford to further their studies.

I developed and increased student leadership by cultivating relationships among student board members and facilitated trainings across a diverse domain of skill areas. I also planned events for groups of up to 500 student, faculty, and community participants. In this capacity, I enjoyed counseling students in areas of college adjustment, personal relationships, and career development.
