I started at Total Quality Logistics in 2012 as an Accounting Coordinator for the Accounts Receivable team. My hard work, positive attitude, and high performance quickly moved me into the Supervisor role in 2013 for the Cash and Commission team. Starting out in a team of 5 doubled in a few years. With a company goal to make our work efficient as we continue to grow, I have worked closely with Management, IT, and my team to improve just about all of our processes, from a new commission database to a new way of working through unapplied cash, resolving early on to get our numbers down drastically. We've worked to automate our payment applications through Billtrust. As of February 2019, I moved over to support our Customer Service Billing & Payment team as their Supervisor of 10 direct reports. With a focus on process improvements for the team to work as efficiently as possible and building team morale. In September 2020, I was offered to move to our EDI and web billing team to help streamline our processes and make our work load easier to handle in a timely manner. I have managed the team of 20 since H2-2021.
